1. Terms of Service

By accessing this website or registering for our courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions detailed below. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from enrolling or using our services.

2. Course Attendance & Enrolment

Registrations for the 3-Hour Live Masterclass or our full Smart Courses are specific to the registered individual. You are expected to join the live lessons on time. Sharing masterclass login links or student credentials with unregistered third parties is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, video recordings, 3D model assets, textures, custom cheat sheets, and blueprints provided during the training are the exclusive intellectual property of Kinematics 3D Education and Soumitra Sir. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these assets for self-learning and personal practice projects. Re-distributing, selling, uploading to public drives, or utilizing them for commercial workshops is illegal.

4. Student Conduct

Kinematics maintains a professional, supportive learning environment. Harassment, disruption of live Zoom calls, spamming class group chats, or abusive behavior towards instructors or other students will result in immediate termination of course access without refund.

5. Amendments to Terms

Kinematics reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be published on this page, and continued enrollment indicates your agreement to the updated clauses.

6. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of your enrollment or interaction with Kinematics 3D Education are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
