Refund Policy

1. Live Masterclass Registrations (₹99 Offer)

Due to the digital and live-delivery nature of our 3-Hour Live Visualization Masterclass (offered at a promotional booking price of ₹99), payments made for booking a masterclass slot are **non-refundable** and cannot be canceled. If you are unable to attend the booked session, please reach out to us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your registration slot to a future batch date free of charge.

2. Smart Courses & Institutional Programs

For full online/offline courses (such as AutoCAD Essentials, 3ds Max Professional, and Revit BIM):

• Refund window: Refund requests are entertained only within 7 days of enrollment, provided you have not accessed more than 10% of the course modules or downloaded any premium study packs.
• Deductions: Standard payment gateway transaction charges (Razorpay processing fee) and tax fees will be deducted from the eligible refund amount.
• After 7 days: Enrolments are completely non-refundable. Students can, however, request a batch deferral or course transfer to another student under special circumstances, subject to management approval.

3. Non-Returnable Digital Assets

Any digital downloads, including 3D model packages, preset Corona/V-Ray libraries, HDRI assets, and cheat sheet documents sent to students immediately after registration, are **non-returnable** and excluded from any refund eligibility.

4. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment channel (Bank Account, UPI, or Card used during checkout) within 7 to 10 business days from the approval date.
